Landowners' Association

The Seven Lakes Landowners’ Association is a not-for-profit corporation with all of the duties and obligations of a community organization. The Association provides an entity for furthering the interests of the property owners. The elected seven-member board is charged with making this function by managing the affairs of the Association. This management includes, collecting dues and other charges; controlling, maintaining, and improving the common areas and facilities; fostering the common interests of all owners; entering into contracts necessary to do business; adopting and enforcing rules and regulations in other division areas that would affect the home or lot owners' well-being and interests. The Board has an open meeting the last Wednesday of each month in the North Clubhouse. Click here for a list of all meeting dates for the fiscal year.
